Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn or unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags and proof of purchase. To request a return, contact iqratouseef992@gmail.com before sending the item; accepted returns will receive return instructions and a shipping label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately about damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Certain products, including perishables, personalized/custom items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards, are non-returnable. For EU orders, customers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Exchanges require returning the original item and placing a new order.
